Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
We can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order either by using the return process or by refusing to accept the delivery.
Complete order
My order is stuck on “processing” – what can I do?
Please contact us so we can check why this is happening.
I didn’t complete the payment, but the order shows as “processing.”
If the payment wasn’t completed, we won’t ship the order. The system will automatically cancel it.
Confirm order
I haven’t received a confirmation. Was my order successful?
Please also check your spam folder. If you don’t find a confirmation there, feel free to contact us.
I haven’t received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Will it still be sent?
The shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email by 11:30 PM at the latest.

Use the search bar at the top of the website to quickly find your product.
2 – Review your cart
Have you added all the items you want? Then check the contents of your cart to make sure everything is correct.
3 – Enter your order details and preferences
Provide your information and confirm your preferences in the following steps:

- Enter billing and shipping address
- Confirm and choose your delivery method
- Select your payment method
4 – Pay securely
You will now be redirected to our secure payment environment, powered by Buckaroo.
Follow the steps for your selected payment method. After completing your payment, you will be redirected back to the Van Hof Gadgets website.
