You will receive a shipping confirmation via email. In that email, you’ll find a Track & Trace link that lets you follow your shipment at any time.

An item is missing from my order – what should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please send us an email with your order number and the missing item. Alternatively, you can call us. Please get in touch as soon as possible after receiving your order.

What should I do if I received the wrong item?

We apologize for the mistake. Please return the incorrect item to us and inform our customer service team so we can find a solution together.

Is international shipping possible?

Yes, it is.

Can I change the delivery time?

This is only possible after the first delivery attempt. You can make changes via the link in your Track & Trace email.

I received the wrong product packaging – what should I do?

Please send us an email with a photo of the packaging and your order number. We’ll be happy to look into it and find a solution together.

My Track & Trace shows no status. Is that correct?

It’s good to know that your Track & Trace has been generated, but your package has not yet arrived at the depot. That’s why the exact delivery time is still unknown. It’s best to check again the next morning. If the status remains unchanged, your package hasn’t been assigned to a route yet. Please be patient. If it takes longer than 2 days, contact us so we can look into it for you.

My Track & Trace status says “Shipment expected but not yet in sorting process.” What does that mean?

This means your package is still on its way from our logistics center to the depot. The first scan only happens once it arrives at the depot. There’s no need to worry – in most cases, an exact delivery time will appear on the next delivery day.

My Track & Trace status says “Sorting center.” What does that mean?

This means your package has arrived at the sorting center. Another scan will be performed there, after which an exact delivery time will be shown in the Track & Trace overview.

My package is damaged – what should I do?

If your package arrives damaged, please refuse to accept it directly from the delivery driver. Then contact our customer service immediately. Accepting a damaged package is at your own risk.

My order was cancelled, but the money has already been debited from my account.

Please contact us so we can investigate the situation. Feel free to send us an email, and we’ll resolve it for you.
